SBI Mega E auction of properties in India

India’s biggest lender SBI is going to conduct an Electronic auction of its commercial and residential properties. This mega e-auction of SBI, will be on 26 February 2020 and it will be giving a chance to all to bid and get property. SBI through its official Twitter handle tweeted, “Mark your calendar to participate as a bidder in the SBI Mega E-Auction that will take place on 26th February 2020. Register and get a chance to purchase properties at a much lower rate.””We at SBI are very transparent when putting immovable properties, mortgaged with the Bank / attached by Court order to auction, by furnishing all the relevant details that can make it an attractive proposition for bidders to participate in the auctions. We also incorporate all relevant details and state whether the same is freehold or leasehold, give its measurement, location etc., including other relevant details in the public notices issued for auctioning,” the SBI said.

Property details can be found through the links provided in the advertisement. In each branch there is designated contact person for auction. Buyers can ask for any clarification regarding the auction process and the property he /she is interested in and may inspect the properties of their interest,” the SBI said.

Interested buyers would have to register for the Auction and submit their KYC to the bank to participate in the auction. The buyers should read rules carefully before bidding for the properties.
